Shopping during COVID-19 

We are Open, producing your orders with protective equipment and maintaining social distancing guidelines.

All shipping carriers temporally suspended Guarantee Delivery Services. You can still choose to expedite your transit times at checkout but unfortunately we cannot assure you will receive your order in the time frame stated by the shipping carrier. We are unable to guarantee third party services. Our Domestic Free Standard Shipping is maintaining regular transit times.

Our Customer Service is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ET. We will get back to you soon as possible!

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All the items in our shop are made to order, we produce and pack everything in house. Manufacture is part printed part handcrafted. Manufacture times depend on our current order volume, regular turnaround times is of 7 business days.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS AND MURALS

Since the customization process is more specific a Proof will be sent for approval within 2 business days after placing your order. 

This will be the moment to make any adjustment of your order and make it perfect the color, placement, scale or size.

Please provide us with valid email contact information, consider if we are unable to reach you or if 10 business days have passed and we do not have any answer regarding your Proof we will proceed to Cancel your order.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email please login to your account and check your order status under “Order History”.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Review your Shipping Address, we are unable to update any information once the package departs our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damage regarding incorrect shipping address.

 

ORDER PROTECTION

Signature Confirmation is required upon delivery for orders more than $100.00 value. Follow tracking information and be present for Delivery. If you are not present, follow the Tracking Link to reschedule the Delivery to your earliest convenience. You can also opt to purchase extra shipping insurance available at checkout.

 

RUSH ORDERS

Manufacturing takes necessary time to produce and ensure quality. Rushing manufacture means the product may ship defective, for that reason we do not offer any type of expedited processing. We cannot print to ship next day.

 

SHIPPING

National:

Free US Standard Domestic Shipping with a transit of 5 to 10 business days. 

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and your Tracking Information, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Upgrades available at Checkout to expedite transit times (Processing times cannot be expedited). We do not guarantee third-party services. Shipping Upgrade charges are NON REFUNDABLE once the order ships. Delays due to transit must be claimed with the Shipping Carrier directly.

International:

We ship worldwide.

International shipping rates and fees vary depending on the country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs may be experienced. Estimated International transit times between 15-25 business days. 

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

We do not have information regarding how different countries manage and charges their imports but we are obliged to declare all merchandise as required by law.
