Processing and Shipping

 GENERAL PROCESSING 

All the items in our shop are made to order, we produce and pack everything in house. Production times depend on our current order volume, regular turnaround times is of 7 business days.

MATERIALS IN BACKORDER 

We are experiencing minor supply chain disruptions. Some materials form our catalog might be in Backorder. They are on the way but not here yet.

When ordering a material in Backorder, consider extending the processing up to 2 weeks. Please contact us if you have any question at support@kokoartshop.com

CUSTOM ORDERS AND MURALS

All Murals are custom designed, an Art Proof will be sent for approval within 2 business days after placing your order. Our designers will prepare your mural based on your wall measurements. You can request as many revisions as necessary to make it perfect.

Please provide us with valid email contact information. If 10 business days have passed and we do not have an answer regarding your Proof the order will be Refunded. 

ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

We accept modifications or cancellations for up to 24 hours after the order is placed. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Review your Shipping Address after purchase, we are unable to update any information once the package departs our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damage regarding incorrect shipping address.

RUSH ORDERS

Manufacturing takes necessary time to produce and ensure quality. We do not offer any type of expedited processing. We cannot print to ship next day.

SHIPPING

Free US Standard Domestic Shipping with a transit of 3 to 5 business days, but it can take a bit longer. 

After your order ships allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update. 

Free Signature Confirmation, optional but recommended for orders above $100.00 value. Follow tracking information and be present for Delivery. If you are not present, follow the Tracking Link to reschedule the Delivery to your earliest convenience. 

When Signature is not requested for orders above $100 value, we are not liable for lost or damage of merchandise. All claims will be filed with the carrier, replacements will be subject to carrier claim approval.

Shipping Upgrades available at Checkout to expedite transit times (Processing times cannot be expedited). We do not guarantee carries services, transit times provided here are carrier estimates, shipments can get delayed due to unforeseen events. Shipping Upgrades are NON REFUNDABLE once the order ships. Delays in transit must be claimed with the Shipping Carrier directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

Shipping rates vary depending on the country and total weight of the items in your order.

To estimate the cost for international shipping add your items to cart and start a checkout process (you don’t need to buy). During Checkout your address will be required to calculate shipping rates. Then you will have access to the shipping rates and transit times for your destination.

Delays due to customs may be experienced.  

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

We do not have information regarding how different countries manage and charges their imports but we are obliged to declare all merchandise as required by law.
