All items are MADE-TO-ORDER

Most Orders will be processed and shipped in 1 to 6 weeks.

Use this guide to estimate processing times by Order Size in Square Feet:

From 240 SF to 480 SF ( 2-4 regular walls)	1 - 2 Weeks
From  480 SF to 960 SF (6+ walls, large project)	2 - 3 Weeks
From  960 SF to 1920 SF (trade orders)	3 - 4 Weeks

Inclement weather or high production volume may delay processing times above.

Please note that multiple art revisions may extend turnaround time. To avoid delays, we recommend submitting your order with all customization details included.

Art Proof Policy

We recommend reviewing your artwork before production.

Please use an email address you regularly check when placing your order. We also recommend including your phone number at checkout, as Art Proof links and reminders may be sent by text message.

For murals using our online preview tool, you can review your design before adding it to your cart. If no additional changes are requested, your order will proceed to production.

If you request customization, we will email your Art Proof within 2 business days.

For Art Proofs sent by email, you have 15 calendar days to review your proof and start requesting revisions. If no changes are requested, your order will proceed to production.

WALLPAPERS

For our wallpapers we offer Color Customizations. 

For Color Customization requests we will send you an Art Proof via email within 2 business days after placing the order.

Standard orders (non customized) will go directly into production.

RUSH PROCESSING

Rush Processing fee is available for select orders and allows you to expedite production time. Please note the following:

• Expedited Shipping is not included 
• Orders containing backordered materials are not eligible 
• Rush is not available for large or wholesale orders 
• Add Rush Processing to each item you’d like to expedite.

Rush Murals & Wallpapers
A rush processing fee of 50% of your order total will be applied. Your order will be prioritized and ready to ship within 5 business days from the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).

Rush Samples
A flat fee of $10 per sample will be applied. Your sample order will be ready to ship within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

MATERIALS IN BACKORDER 

When ordering a material in Backorder, consider extending processing times up to 4 weeks. Contact us at support@kokoartshop.com for accurate time estimates.

ORDERS OVER $1,500 USD – Required Sample Policy

To ensure full satisfaction with color, texture, and finish, we require all orders over $1,500 USD to be preceded by the purchase of a sample in the same material selected for the final order.

This sample must be delivered and reviewed by the customer before we begin processing the full order. Once the sample is confirmed, production will proceed as scheduled.

CONTACT INFORMATION

Please provide us with valid email during checkout. We will use your email to send your Art Proof. 

Customized orders require approval. Your order will be refunded if your Art Proof is not approved within 30 natural days after the At Proof was initially sent. A 20% Design Fee will be deducted from the refund.

ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

We accept cancellations for up to 24 hours after the order is placed. 

We perform all types of art modifications. We are unable to make changes to the material or size of your order after it is placed. If you have a problem with your order contact us as soon as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Review your Shipping Address after purchase, while your order is still processing. We are unable to update any information once the package departs our facility. 

BILLING AND CHECKOUT 

Our website has enhanced security policies to protect our customers from unauthorized transactions. Please make sure your billing information matches the address in your credit/debit card. Incorrect zip code will return a checkout error. 

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We do not accept American Express or Paypal at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our Free US Standard Domestic Shipping for qualifying orders has a standard transit of 3 to 10 business days. 

After your order ships allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update. 

Shipping Upgrades available at Checkout to expedite transit times. We do not guarantee carrier services. Transit times provided here are carrier estimates. Shipments can get delayed due to unforeseen events. Shipping Upgrades are non refundable once the order ships. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Canada.

Shipping rates vary depending on the total weight of the items in your order.

Delays due to customs may be experienced.  

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.
