🌿 Murals – There’s a lot more flexibility here! In general you can order it custom sized, we can adjust color, scale, and design placement:

🦊🐳🌲 Animal and forest-themed designs – In most cases, we can move the animals around or adjust their placement to better fit your space.

🌸 Floral designs – We can often reposition flowers and change background colors to suit your vision.

🏛️ Antique painting-style murals – These tend to be less flexible. What you see is the complete artwork, and once the design ends, it simply repeats.

Here’s how it works:

1. Our design team will prepare a digital mockup and email it to you for approval within 2 business days of placing your order.
   
2. Need adjustments? No problem! We’ll revise your proof as many times as needed. Adjustments can take 1-2 business days.

Once an order has been approved for production it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If you notice a mistake in your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help before work begins.

For Art Proofs sent via email, you have 15 calendar days to review your proof and request any updates. If no changes are requested within that timeframe, your order will automatically proceed to production.

Once revisions begin, there is no time limit. We’ll continue working with you through as many revisions as needed.

Art Proof links and reminders may also be sent by text message. Please use an email address you regularly check and include your phone number at checkout if you would like to receive proof notifications by text.

Because our wallpaper sales are final, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first. It is the best way to preview the actual material, color, and finish in your own space before placing a full order.

Our design team treats every order independently, and your artwork will be adjusted to fit your specific measurements.

You’ll work 1:1 with a graphic designer to ensure the layout, scale, and placement are just right for your space. We’re here to help you achieve the perfect look!

You can see the panel count before placing your order. Simply enter your wall measurements, and the system will automatically calculate how many panels your order will be divided into.

We offer custom panel sizing with a surcharge fee of $50 per panel. This includes artwork scaling, alignment checks, and sizing to your specifications.

Custom panel size limits:

• Minimum: 12″ wide × 36″ high

• Maximum: 47″ wide × 144″ high

Our maximum capacity for a single-piece print is 47 inches by 144 inches.

If your project fits within those dimensions, we’d be happy to explore that option otherwise, your mural will be delivered in panel format.

Yes, we do have size limits, but we can still accommodate most large walls and multi-wall designs with a bit of planning.

Maximum Size for a Single Mural Order:

Width: Up to 720 inches (60 feet)
Height: Up to 144 inches (12 feet)

Walls taller than 144 inches will require a horizontal cut, meaning the design will be ordered as 2 murals: upper and lower sections will align vertically when installed.

For murals covering multiple walls, order using the total combined width and maximum height.

Maximum mural width per order is 720" (60 ft). For larger spaces, place an additional order.

For walls with windows, doors, slants, or other features, measure the full wall width and height as if the opening were not there. Panels are trimmed during installation.

Add window, door, corner, or layout details so our design team can adjust important artwork elements away from those areas.

Murals can be printed up to 144" tall. For taller walls, the design must be split into two horizontal sections.

Order two murals to cover the full height and note your total wall height while ordering.

Order the full height and width of your wall or framed area.

1. You trim the panels during installation to fit each section.
2. Most budget-friendly option, no additional charge.

Custom Odd-Sized Panels (Pre-Cut for Each Section)

Prefer easier installation? We’ll create a mural with individual panels sized to each space.

Processing: Most mural orders are produced within 10 business days after art approval. Larger orders may require additional time. Please review our Processing & Shipping Policy for details.

Only wallpaper orders who request customized colors will receive an art proof.

Beware to request a wallpaper color customization while ordering. Wallpaper orders without color customization will go directly into production!

Wallpapers have a repeat rate and are offered by the panel, available in a wide range of height to fit for vary type of projects.

We do not offer more sizes than the ones available to select.

Scale or art modifications are not available for wallpaper items.

We offer reprint services for add-ons or replacement panels.

We keep the artwork from all our customers on file for up to 1 year, so if you need Additional Panels (from only 6 inches wide)  or Replacements (as much as you need)  from your previous order, we can easily assist you.
