Each and every order at Koko Art Shop is custom printed for the individual who orders it, which means that we cannot re-stock and re-sell merchandise returned to us. We do not accept returns for other reason than defective items.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENT
If your order arrives damaged or got lost during transit contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the Contact Section> within 60 days after the shipping date to qualify for a replacement.
Proof of damage or lost will be necessary. Please take pictures of the issue or attach all appropriate information regarding your request and send them with your Order Number.
If your order is defective in any way please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order to return or replace your merchandise.
We advise to perform a quality control to the order as soon as it arrives to avoid missing the return window. Never install defective items if you plan to request replacement or return.
Proof of Issue will be necessary. Please take detailed and clear pictures of the issue and send them attached with your Order Number.

Since we cannot control material handling and installation process for wall-covering products, we cannot guarantee results. For this reason partially or fully installed murals, wallpapers and decals do not qualify for replacements, returns or refunds.
