A rush processing fee of 50% of the order total is added to expedite the processing time: mural preparation and printing. Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 5 business days from the date it is placed, excluding weekends or holidays. Art approval is still required for printing. Samples:
A rush processing fee of $20 per Sample to expedite processing time. Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 2 business days from the date it is placed, excluding weekends or holidays.

WALL REQUIREMENTS
PAINTED
Your wall needs to be painted and dry for a successful install. Recently painted walls need to dry for 4 weeks.
CLEAN
Wall in good condition and clean, no humidity or cracking paint. Wash the wall with rubbing alcohol prior wallpapering.
manage expectations
A perfect wallpaper requires experience and a perfect wall. Expect panel misalignments for walls with irregularities or texture.
AVOID ALWAYS
TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY FLUCTUATIONS
Wallpaper preforms optimally between 65F and 80F. Temperature, humidity fluctuations, nearby heating vents will affect long term performance.
COVERING OLD WALLPAPER WITH NEW
Do not use a wallpaper to cover old wallpaper. It might either not stick at all, or bond permanently.
ATTACHING ELEMENTS TO THE WALLPAPER
Never glue baby signs, decor or shelving with double sided tape to a wallpaper. Elements need to be physically attached to the wall using nails or screws.

USE A
MEASURING TAPE
The first tool you will need is a measuring tape.
⛔️ Never use a phone app to measure a wall, they are not as accurate as they seem.
MEASURE
WIDTH & HEIGHT
Measure the space you want to cover.
Measure Height vertically, and Width horizotally.
Do not work with fractions, round up to the next integer number.
MEASURE IRREGULAR SPACES
SLOPED WALL
Measure the tallest and widest point. Cut the remnants during installation
DOORS AND WINDOWS
Measure the overall area Width and Height, as if there were no windows or doors. Install and cut around the elements when applying
MULTIPLE WALLS
Type the measurements of each wall, select the same Material and Add to Cart each time. Do not add extra inches. Do only one checkout, that way the murals are all within the same order.
WALL
DEFORMATIONS
Walls are almost never straight.
Measure Width at top and bottom of the wall. Measure Height at left and right side.
While Width and Height “should” be consistent, if numbers are 1-2 inches off your wall has a small deformation.
When ordering add at least 2 inches to both Width and Heigh to stay safe.
When you get a mural too tight it can actually be short.
GOT TEXTURED WALLS?
Not all peel and stick wallpapers are safe over texture. Use only Long-Term Peel and Stick if your walls are textured.

INSTALLATION
1- Unpack and check your order upon receiving it, even if you won’t install it right away.
2- Check color consistency and panel match throughout your order.
3- Install from left to right when possible starting by Panel #1.

The scale of the sample and the scale of the product sent when I ordered directly from the sample were totally different. Since I opened the product when it arrived, I couldn’t return it. Wouldn’t order again from the company for that reason. They send you a different product than you order and then won’t accept a full return.

Nicole contacted us with a defective-incorrect item issue: the sample received prior to the order had a smaller scale than the actual Mural. Her client wanted the smaller scale.
Yes, the scale of the 8”x11” sample is smaller to fit as many elements as possible, it is comprehensible she could be confused. Although before production, we sent Nicole the Art Proof with this request:
“ If you purchased a sample prior ordering: The scale of the sample is generally smaller to show as many elements as possible. If you would like the scale of the sample please let us know. ”
This Art was Approved with no scale revision.
We are committed with the satisfaction of our customers. We accepted the return, even though we couldn't find any evidence that the order deviated from the approved Art Proof.
The order consisted in 4 murals but only 2 were returned. We processed a Full Refund for the items returned.
Nicole initially stated items had not been used and were ready to send back. Later she let us know that the scale issue arose after 2 of the 4 murals were already installed.
To qualify for refunds items must be returned. Installed or used merchandise does not qualify for returns or refunds.
As a small business we kindly ask our customers to read our procedures and policies, as well as take a minute to review our communications. Approve the Proofs only when you are truly satisfied. Never install or pass it to an installer, if you have not checked it before.
