ORDERS & CUSTOMIZATION

Yes! Most of our murals can be customized in size and/or color. Our Wallpapers can be color customized. Please include your requests in the "Add your Personalization" box during checkout. For color changes, we recommend using our Color Chart as a reference.

For our Decals and Tile Stickers we do not offer customizations.

Customized orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Yes, all mural orders include a complimentary Art Proof. Orders will remain on hold until the proof is approved. We ask that you respond within 10 days to avoid delays. Orders without approval after 30 days may be canceled or require reprocessing.

SAMPLES & MATERIALS

Yes, especially if color, texture, or wall suitability is a concern. Samples are the best way to preview the material in your own space.

We offer Peel and Stick wallpapers and Traditional options as well. For smooth or textured walls. For domestic or commercial use. Specially designed for DIY or professional installation. Each has unique properties — please see our Material Guide for details and wall compatibility.

We do not recommend installing Removable Peel & Stick or Canvas Peel & Stick materials on textured walls. For mildly textured walls, our Long-Term Peel & Stick will be suitable. Please send us a photo of your wall for guidance. (We can chat!)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after Art Proof approval. Customization or high-volume times may require additional processing.

Rush Processing is available for faster production. For samples, we offer Rush Processing for $10 per sample, with shipping in 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For murals and wallpapers, a Rush Processing fee of 50% of the order total applies and ensures the order ships within 5 business days after proof approval.

Please note: this does not include expedited shipping and is not available for backordered materials or wholesale orders.

We do offer expedited shipping services at checkout when available. Please note that expedited shipping only affects transit time, and does not shorten production time unless combined with Rush Processing. If you have a strict deadline, feel free to reach out and we’ll help guide you to the best shipping and processing combination.

Yes! We ship to Canada. Duties and taxes will apply.

If your package is delayed or shows unusual tracking, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee carrier timelines, we’ll do our best to assist or offer solutions.

INSTALLATION & CARE

We do not offer installation, but we provide helpful guides on our How to Install page. We recommend professional installers for traditional wallpapers.

Our wallpapers are wipeable with a damp, soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or scrubbing.

Adhesion issues are almost always due to wall conditions. Removable materials require smooth, clean, and properly painted surfaces. For guidance, visit our Wall Prep & Safety Info.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

All wallpapers are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective. We do not offer returns for color differences when a sample with matching paper type was not purchased. Read our Refund Policy

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We’ll assess and provide a replacement for any faulty product.
