We offer several easy ways to request a color change:

One of the most reliable ways to customize your mural is by choosing from our own curated Color Chart. You can:
Browse the chart online, or Order a physical copy for precise color matching in your space.
2. Submit Your Own Reference
You can also send us:

- Mood boards, photos, or inspiration images
- Physical samples (paint chips, fabrics, etc.) email us and we’ll guide you on how to send them
To request a specific shade, just include the color name or HEX code in the “Add Your Personalization” box when placing a sample order. This helps us match your vision exactly and ensures your mural prints with the intended tone.
Turnaround Time for Color Customizations:
Most color edits are completed within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive a digital proof to approve before anything goes to print. Complex edits may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

That depends on the specific artwork you're looking at! Some listings offer a wide range of customization options, while others are more limited.
🎨 Wallpapers – We currently only offer color customization.
🌿 Murals – There’s a lot more flexibility here! In general you can order it custom sized, we can adjust color, scale, and design placement:
🦊🐳🌲 Animal and forest-themed designs – In most cases, we can move the animals around or adjust their placement to better fit your space.
🌸 Floral designs – We can often reposition flowers and change background colors to suit your vision.
🏛️ Antique painting-style murals – These tend to be less flexible. What you see is the complete artwork, and once the design ends, it simply repeats.

No. Our customization services are available for placed orders, no matter if it's a sample or a big order.
We offer customization exclusively for placed orders for Wallpapers and Murals, including both large orders and samples.
Customer Service is here to help with any questions you might have about placing your order, but does not provide quotes, invoices, or previews before an order is placed; everything must go through the website for accurate processing.
Yes! We provide Art Proofs for all mural orders and for wallpaper orders with color customizations.
Here’s how it works:
- Our design team will prepare a digital mockup and email it to you for approval within 2 business days of placing your order.
- Need adjustments? No problem! We’ll revise your proof as many times as needed. Once approved, we’ll move forward with production.
Orders will remain on hold until the proof is approved. We ask that you respond within 10 days to avoid delays. Orders without approval after 30 days may be canceled or require reprocessing.
We specialize in custom wallpapers and murals, so once you place an order, we begin a customization process just for you!
During this stage, you’re welcome to request design adjustments such as changes to color, scale, or element placement, those are the types of edits we can accommodate.
Please note that we cannot modify key details like Material or Size after the order is placed, as those are automatically used to prepare your project for production.
If you notice a mistake in your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help before work begins.
To keep your project on track and ensure smooth production, we place a time limit on all art proofs.
Here’s how it works:
- Once we send your custom art proof, you’ll have 10 days to review and approve it.
- If we don’t hear back within that window, we’ll send a reminder. After 30 days without approval, your order may be automatically canceled or archived. A processing fee will be charged from your refund.

Design files and custom orders take time and resources to prepare. Time limits help us manage open orders efficiently and ensure your mural is produced with up-to-date specs. They also protect you from delays that could affect your timeline or installation.

Our design team treats every order independently, and your artwork will be adjusted to fit your specific measurements. You’ll work 1:1 with a graphic designer to ensure the layout, scale, and placement are just right for your space. We’re here to help you achieve the perfect look!
1. Standard Equal Panels (No extra charge)
For most mural orders, we create a continuous design that spans your entire wall and divide it into evenly sized vertical panels (usually between 18″ and 25″ wide). This approach ensures seamless flow and easy installation. It also allows a little room to trim during install, especially helpful for framed spaces like moldings or slightly uneven walls.
2. Custom-Cut Panels (Optional – $50 per panel)
If you prefer panels cut to exact dimensions (for example, to fit within framed moldings or architectural sections), we offer precise custom cuts for an additional fee of $50 per panel. This includes artwork scaling, alignment checks, and sizing to your specs.
Custom Panel Size Limits:
- Minimum size: 12″ wide × 48″ high
- Maximum size: 47″ wide × 144″ high
Orders for custom panel sizes are final once approved and require extra design time.
Our maximum capacity for a single-piece print is 48 inches wide by 144 inches high. If your project fits within those dimensions, we’d be happy to explore that option otherwise, your mural will be delivered in panel format.
Yes, we do have size limits, but we can still accommodate most large walls and multi-wall designs with a bit of planning.
Maximum Size for a Single Mural Order:
Width: Up to 720 inches (60 feet)
Height: Up to 144 inches (12 feet)
Important: Walls taller than 144 inches will require a horizontal cut, meaning the design will be divided into upper and lower sections that align vertically when installed.
If your wall exceeds either limit, we’ll split the mural into two or more coordinated orders that align seamlessly.
Multi-Wall Projects:
If you’re planning to wallpaper multiple connected walls (like a corner wrap or full room), let us know upfront. We’ll help set up your design so it flows smoothly across each wall. It’s especially helpful to provide a layout sketch or room measurements when placing your order.
Pro tip: Be sure to mention any breaks (windows, doors, built-ins) so we can adjust the artwork and panel cuts accordingly. You can add this information in the “Add your personalization” box during checkout, or simply email us after your purchase with your order number and specific request.

To order a mural that spans multiple walls, measure the total combined width and the maximum height of all the walls you’d like to cover. Use those overall dimensions when placing your order to ensure full coverage.
Murals can be ordered in widths of up to 720 inches (60 feet). If your total wall space exceeds this limit, you can place an additional order to cover the remaining area.
When placing your order, please include any important layout details: such as wall sequence, breaks between walls, corners, or door and window placements in the “Add Your Personalization” box while ordering. This helps our design team tailor the layout and ensure a seamless flow across all surfaces.
Once your order is placed, our designer will reach out with an Art Proof and work with you 1:1 to make sure everything looks just right.
When ordering a mural for a wall with a window (or other architectural features like doors, slants, irregular shape), please measure the overall width and height of the wall as if the window isn’t there. We provide murals as untrimmed panels, and trimming is done during installation to fit around any openings.
Our murals are fully customizable, so if your wall includes a window or door, we recommend sharing those details with us.
Our design team can adjust the artwork to move key elements away from those areas so nothing important gets cut off.
When placing your order, be sure to include any layout notes, such as window/door placement, wall sequence, or corners in the “Add Your Personalization” box at checkout. This allows us to tailor the design for a seamless and well-balanced result.
Our printing technology allows for precise quality control and alignment on murals up to 12 feet tall (144 inches). For walls taller than this, the design will need to include a horizontal break, meaning the mural will be ordered and printed in two separate sections: one for the lower part of the wall, and one for the upper section.
To order a mural for a taller space, simply purchase two murals that together match your total height, and note your wall height and that you'd like the artwork split vertically in the “Add Your Personalization” box at checkout.
Our design team will ensure the artwork flows seamlessly from one section to the next, and you’ll receive an Art Proof for approval before we move forward with production.

Wallpapering inside decorative moldings adds a beautiful custom touch, but it does require careful planning. We offer two options:
Ordering Custom Murals for Wall Moldings
To make your wallpapering project easier, we offer two ordering options based on your needs:
Option 1: Standard Mural Order (DIY Trimming)
- Order the full height and width of your wall or framed area.
- Panels will be evenly sized.
- You trim the panels during installation to fit each section.
- Most budget-friendly option, no additional charge.
Option 2: Custom Odd-Sized Panels (Pre-Cut for Each Section)
Prefer easier installation? We’ll create a mural with individual panels sized to each space.
📌 How to Order Custom-Sized Panels:
- Measure each framed section.
- Enter those measurements on the product page.
- Add the total number of custom panels to your cart.
📏 Size Guidelines for Custom Panels:
- Minimum: 12”W x 36”H
- Maximum: 47”W x 144”H
- Surcharge: $50 per custom-sized panel due to special production requirements.
Standard Production:
Regular sized Mural orders (under 240SF) typically take about 10 business days to produce once the final art proof is approved. This includes time for your edits, adjustments, and any back-and-forth with our team before printing.
Rush Processing (Optional):
Need it faster? We offer rush processing that shortens production time to 5 business days. Rush is available exclusively through our website and includes an extra fee at checkout.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, transit time depends on your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If you're located in Florida or nearby, delivery may be as quick as 2 days after shipment.
Important:
Your order timeline only begins after your final proof approval. The faster you review and approve your proof, the sooner we can begin production.
WALLPAPER QUESTIONS
Only wallpaper orders who request customized colors will receive an art proof.
Beware to request a wallpaper color customization while ordering. Wallpaper orders without color customization will go directly into production!
Wallpapers have a repeat rate and are offered by the panel, available in a wide range of height to fit for vary type of projects.
We do not offer more sizes than the ones available to select.
ORDER ADDITIONS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer reprint services for add-ons or replacement panels.
We keep the artwork from all our customers on file for up to 1 year, so if you need Additional Panels (from only 6 inches wide) or Replacements (as much as you need) from your previous order, we can easily assist you.
