RUSH PROCESSING

A rush processing fee of 50% of the order total is added to expedite the processing time. Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 5 business days from the date it is placed, excluding weekends or holidays.

Expedited Shipping services are not included in this fee. Orders with materials in backorder cannot be rushed. 

We print each order upon request and while we try to maintain color through time we can't guarantee there will be a 100% color match.

Printing methods can have small calibration changes over time due to use of the printing equipment, regular maintenance, exchange of parts.

We cannot guarantee color match with order more than 12 months old.

📏 Double-check measurements – We recommend referring to your original order confirmation to ensure accuracy.
📸 Upload a photo – Upload a picture of your previous installation to help us match your design perfectly. If you’re unable to upload, you can email it to support@kokoartshop.com within 48 hours after placing your order.
