Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you have a problem with your order contact us within 30 Days after Delivery Date.
Cancellations
Customized orders such as Murals and Wallpapers can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund directly from the Order Status page. After that a 20% Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kokoartshop.com.
Unable to Process
Customized orders require approval. Your order will be refunded if your Art Proof is not reviewed within in 30 days. A 20% Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund.
Returns
Because we print customized items all sales are final.
Exchanges
We do not process merchandise exchanges.
Defective Items
Full-priced items that have defects may be returned for a replacement or refund. To qualify for returns items must be unused and in the same packing they were received. Request a return to support@kokoartshop.com with your order number and proof of issue (photos are required). Once you return is Approved, ship items back in the same box they were received, within 30 days of delivery. Order will be inspected upon arrival.
Unauthorized or fraudulent returns, will not be processed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, contact us at support@kokoartshop.com within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Damaged orders will go through a short insurance claim that requires clear photos of the damage (packaging and product) and the customer’s signed affidavit.
Lost Order
If your order got lost during transit contact us at support@kokoartshop.com within 30 days after estimated arrival date to qualify for a replacement. Lost orders will go through a short insurance claim that requires the customer’s signed affidavit.
FINAL SALE items
All FINAL SALE items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items typically include re-sellable returns or products with minor, non-functional defects.
Replacements
We replace for the same items when they are defective, damaged or lost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable, your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 2-5 business of days.
Installed merchandise
Installed or used merchandise does not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.
Defects or flaws of any type in your goods need to be reported before installation.
Since we cannot control the handling and installation process for products, we cannot guarantee results.
