So, if you're working on a big professional full-room project, here are a few helpful ways to get things moving faster and more smoothly from the start:

Real Talk: Floor Plans Are Usually Not Enough

We love floor plans, they’re super helpful for understanding your layout.
But... we say this with love: they’re almost never accurate.

And that’s OK! We don’t expect architectural precision from everyone. But when it comes to custom murals, even a few inches make a big difference. We strongly recommend re-measuring on site before placing your order, just to be safe. You’ll save time on revisions, reduce the risk of delays, and allow us to focus on what we love most: making your artwork amazing.

Start with a Quick Quote. It’s Easier Than You Think

Just enter your wall’s width and height and choose your material. The system will generate a price automatically, no waiting, no emails. You can even print the page if you need to bring it to a client or team meeting.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Doors, windows, and wall fixtures don’t impact the price. We only sell full, untrimmed panels to cover the entire area.

• We don’t subtract cutouts (like windows), but during the design phase, our team will make sure that important design elements are not placed in those areas.

So while the price stays the same, the final art is fully customized after your order is placed, and that’s where our design team steps in.

How We Customize Around Your Space

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an art proof for approval. This is your chance to make design requests:

• Want to shift a key design element away from a window?

• Need flowers centered above a crib?

• Don’t want animals or patterns cut off by a sloped ceiling?

You can send us your notes right after purchase via email or by including a message in the “Personalization” box at checkout.

A Few Questions We’ll Likely Ask:

To save yourself some email loops, you can prep a few answers ahead of time:

• Are your floor plan measurements accurate or just a rough reference?

• What material would you like to use?

  • We offer Traditional Non-Pasted and Canvas Non-Pasted for professional installs.

  • Peel & stick is available but not always ideal for large projects or / and professional installation.

• Have you asked your installer what material they prefer?

• Do you have samples already?
  Samples are key, not only for checking colors, but also for your installer to asses the material.

We Don’t Provide Invoices. But We’ll Guide You On How To Place Your Order

All of our quotes and payments go through our website. That means we won’t send you a PDF invoice or process payment by email. But we’re always happy to walk you through the ordering process step-by-step!

We love working with clients on special spaces. But we’ve seen how last-minute measurement corrections, unclear materials, or missing decisions can delay a project significantly.
